Basic salary £22,000 + £250 training bonus per month for the first 6 months

The role:

To achieve personal sales and performance targets

Up-sell and identify sales opportunities

Manage new and existing customers

Record all relevant data on their CRM system

Manage sensitive data

Must be flexible

Excellent telephone manner

Experience:

Previous experience in sales and used to targets / KPI`s

Able to work under pressure

Must be able to plan and organise

IT literate with good numerical skills

You will be working a 37.5 hours per week on a rolling shift pattern set 6 weeks on advance

This will include 1 week in every 4 to 6 weeks 12pm-8pm

1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary plus commission
