Salary: £29,993 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)

The role

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you’ll take inbound calls from customers and use a sales-through-service approach to recommend and sell extended warranty products.

You’ll:

• Handle inbound customer enquiries

• Identify needs and recommend the right products

• Close sales while delivering excellent service

• Work to achievable sales targets

• Ensure FCA compliance at all times

What we’re looking for

• Sales experience (call centre or phone-based preferred)

• Target-driven and motivated by commission

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working in a regulated environment (FCA experience is a bonus)

Based at our Bolton Service Centre (BL2 6PU) with hybrid working options.
