As an Inbound Sales Executive, you'll handle incoming enquiries from prospective customers who are actively seeking insurance products. Your role is to understand their needs, recommend suitable policies, and guide them through the purchase process.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Taking inbound calls and responding to online enquiries

• Explaining insurance products in a clear and compliant manner

• Building rapport and trust with customers

• Preparing quotes and closing sales

• Ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met

• Updating customer details accurately in the CRM system

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service (insurance or financial services is a plus)

• Basic salary of £23,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience)

• Uncapped commission - realistic OTE £35,000+
