You’ll be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about insurance products. Your job? Make them feel at ease, explain their options clearly, and help them choose the right cover — all while hitting achievable sales targets.

Your key responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and online enquiries

• Building rapport and understanding customer needs

• Explaining insurance policies in a simple, engaging way

• Preparing competitive quotes and converting sales

• Keeping records accurate and compliant using internal systems

• A confident and friendly telephone manner

• Great communication and listening skills

• Previous sales or customer service experience (any industry)

• Motivated by targets and the chance to earn more

• A professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn

• ?? £23,000 - £25,000 base salary

• ?? Uncapped commission (realistic OTE £35k+)
