Job Description - Inbound Sales Consultant Hybrid/Amazing OTE!

Our client, an award-winning Multi-Website Online Retailer, are looking to recruit a personable, enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their ever-growing business. Working on a very relaxed hybrid model (only one day in the office every two weeks!) and to an uncapped commission structure, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.

Our client have been established for 15 years and boast over 10,000 products, ranging from budget-friendly to luxury items. The business has 3 main Websites displaying the product range, and have invested an incredible amount of money in lead generation/marketing - as a result, their current Sales team of 20 FTE do not have to worry about cold-calling or generating any of their own business, it all comes to them! As they are inundated with amazing leads, they are actively seeking the perfect candidate to join them to capitalise on this. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products for them
- Managing leads efficiently, ensuring a proactive approach to closing sales
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, helping customers get the most value while contributing to team goals
- Resolving customer queries promptly and professionally, building trust and confidence in the brand
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and personalised support at every customer journey stage
- Ensuring all customer interactions are positive, leaving a lasting impression that encourages repeat business
- Using product knowledge to guide customers, making their decision-making process as easy as possible

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Minimum of 1 years' experience within a Sales role (exceeding targets)
- Customer-focused mindset
- Articulate, confident telephone manner
- Genuine desire to earn great money in commission!
- Fun, sociable personality

In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:

- Uncapped commission structure (current team members earning between £750 - £2,000 in commission every month!)
- Amazingly flexible hybrid model - only in the office once every 2 weeks!
- 100% warm leads - minimum of 30 leads per person every day (therefore no need to cold call to generate new business)
- Amazing progression opportunities
