Job Description - Inbound Sales Executive

Inbound Sales Executive
Ashford, Kent | Full Time | Flexible Working Available
£26-30K plus commission
Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a growing and highly successful business, in recruiting an experienced and driven Inbound Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, client-focused environment where you will play a key role in converting inbound enquiries into confirmed sales, delivering a premium, high-touch customer experience.
The Role
As an Inbound Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, responsible for qualifying leads, preparing quotations and guiding customers through the sales journey through to order confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, website and referrals
* Qualify customer requirements, timelines, budgets and objectives
* Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders, achieving set KPIs
* Prepare and issue quotations and ensure timely follow-up
* Process new orders accurately to avoid delays
* Provide a high level of customer service and ongoing client communication
* Handle inbound calls and follow up warm leads to maximise opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Confident telephone manner
* Proven ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload
* Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Experience using CRM or admin systems
Desirable:
* Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, or regulated environments
* Exposure to quotations, order processing or sales administration
* Understanding of premium or high-end customer service expectations
