Are you an experienced salesperson who would prefer to spend your day speaking to customers who have already made an enquiry, rather than making endless cold calls?

Bright-Search is recruiting an Inbound Sales Executive for an established and growing debt recovery and collection business based in Skelmersdale.

This is predominantly an inbound sales position, with approximately 90% of your calls coming from businesses actively enquiring about the company's collection services.

Your role will be to understand the client's situation, explain the service, overcome any objections and convert the enquiry into a new client.

When inbound enquiries are quieter, you will proactively contact existing clients, previous clients and warm prospects from the company's database to generate additional business.

Salary & Excellent Bonus Potential

* £28,000 basic salary

* 5% commission on money brought in once target is achieved

* Opportunity to earn a 7% super bonus for exceeding target

* Someone currently working just 20 hours per week earned approximately £2,100 last month

* A successful full-time salesperson hitting target should realistically be looking at £500+ per month in additional earnings, with considerably more available for strong performance

* Uncapped earning potential

The Role

You will:

* Handle a high volume of inbound enquiries from businesses interested in debt collection services

* Convert enquiries into paying clients

* Explain the company's collection service clearly and professionally

* Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers

* Follow up previous enquiries and existing database contacts

* Re-engage previous and existing clients

* Work towards achievable monthly targets

* Maximise commission through strong conversion and account development

What We're Looking For

We're looking for somebody who is naturally confident on the telephone and knows how to close a sale without relying on aggressive cold calling.

You should have:

* Previous telephone sales, telesales or business development experience

* A confident and engaging telephone manner

* Strong objection-handling and closing skills

* The ability to build rapport quickly

* A target-driven approach

* The motivation to maximise a genuinely attractive commission structure

This could particularly suit somebody currently working in telesales who is frustrated by spending their entire day cold calling and would prefer to work with a steady flow of genuine inbound opportunities.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

Basic salary: £28,000
Commission: 5% on qualifying revenue when target is achieved, increasing to a 7% super bonus for exceptional performance
