Inbound Telephone Sales Advisor

Location: Loughborough
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Shift Pattern

Rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 08:00 am and 8:00 pm

One weekend shift every two weeks (9:00 am – 5:30 pm)

Start Date: Monday, 17th August 2026

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy helping people find the right technology solutions? We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join the team as Inbound Telephone Sales Advisors.

In this role, you'll speak with customers who have already shown an interest by visiting the website. You'll identify their needs, recommend the most suitable products and services, and guide them through the purchasing process with confidence and professionalism.

Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to start your career in telephone sales, we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Answer inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services.

Build rapport with customers by understanding their individual needs.

Recommend suitable technology products, services, and solutions.

Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and available options.

Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase.

Process payments and support customers with credit applications and finance plans.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term loyalty.

Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales and performance targets.

Accurately update customer information across multiple systems.

Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
