Inbound Travel Agent Assistant

Assisting Operations Manager in creating memorable UK travel experiences for the customers

Responsibilities
Selling and coordinating transportation, accommodations, tours and activities in the UK
Collecting payments, booking travel arrangements and paying applicable fees
Handles travel issues, cancellations and refunds
Building and maintaining relationships with travel and tour vendors
Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings
Contributing to agency efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Detail oriented and highly organised
Strong ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
Working knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
Ability to speak Russian language in addition to English

Minimum experience working as a travel agent in the UK for over 1 year
