Description
Assist with; The generation of invoices and credit notes, production and dispatch of automated / manual collection letters and emails, in accordance with agreed collections procedures, processes and timescales. Undertaking sales ledger, debt collection and income collection related administration processes, as determined by Income Manager / Head of Service. Assist with write off and refund processes Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent and effective service delivery. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements within the department. Support individuals in navigating financial systems and processes. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.Profile
A successful Income Officer should have:
Recent experience of an administration role within an income collection team A good understanding of financial support and income management processes. Recent experience of working in accordance with income collection related procedures and policies The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Proficiency in using relevant software and systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams Providing a professional service to internal/external customers, colleagues and 3rd parties at all times Job Offer
