Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Degree in a Humanities subject (History, Geography, RE, or related).


• Significant experience teaching within the Humanities at secondary level, with demonstrable leadership experience in a successful department.


• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.


• Strong understanding of curriculum development and assessment.


• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
