A well-established, fully independent financial planning firm based in Bromley is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) to join its growing advisory team. This is a rare employed opportunity for an adviser who can bring an existing client base and is looking to join a high-performing firm that offers full operational support, a strong remuneration structure, and a premium working environment.

• Competitive employed salary (negotiated individually based on experience and AUM brought)

  • 30% on the first £50,000 revenue

  • 40% on revenue above £50,000

  • Bonus applies to all income, including recurring fees

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, independent financial advice to your existing client base while supported by a strong back-office function. The role offers full autonomy in managing your client relationships, with the tools, infrastructure, and personnel in place to ensure an excellent client experience.

• Provide independent financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and holistic planning

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships with a long-term service approach

• Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administrators to ensure smooth and compliant advice delivery

• Stay up to date with relevant legislation, tax planning opportunities, and regulatory changes

• Represent the firm with professionalism and integrity at all times

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum)

• Proven track record as an IFA or Financial Planner

• An existing and transferable client base

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-sufficient and commercially minded, with a desire to grow within a collaborative environment

• High ethical standards and a commitment to quality advice
