Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

You must be “entrepreneurially spirited” and be able to grow and develop a portfolio of clients with our support, keeping client records updated to understand their objectives and make suitable recommendations.

Giving on-going Advice to clients that meets with all regulatory requirements. Research and analyse all suitable solutions to meet the client’s needs. Gather, analyse, and document all information needed to provide financial advice according to Fairstone standards.

Generating new business via referrals and external professional connections.

Working as part of a team to ensure high standards, values and culture of the business are always upheld.

Support for future development will be keenly provided to enable the successful applicant to further their knowledge and ability in the role.

Skills & Attributes

Willing to study Advanced qualifications and keen to progress to Chartered status.  Skilled in delivering presentations.  Knowledgeable about financial markets and products.  Able to identify the specific needs and requirements of clients. Capable of developing strategic relationships within the industry.  Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative.
