Independent Financial Adviser - Maidstone - Remote - Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Remote / Home-Based (Access to Office Available)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and client-focused Independent Financial Adviser to join a highly respected and expanding financial services firm. This role offers the chance to build upon and service an existing portfolio of clients, while also growing your client base, either on an employed or self-employed basis.

What’s on Offer:

• Salary up to £75,000, with uncapped earnings potential
• Bonus paid quarterly and all business expenses reimbursed
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 5% employer pension contribution and death-in-service cover
• Full administrative, compliance, and marketing support
• Home-based working with access to office locations if preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic financial advice, using a client-centric approach
• Guide clients through the six-stage advice process to meet long-term goals
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio while developing new business opportunities
• Keep up to date with financial products and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional contacts
• Conduct client meetings in person or virtually.

Ideal Candidate:

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or FCA-recognised equivalent)
• Holds or eligible for CF30 status
• Proven experience providing financial advice and managing client relationships
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and ethical approach
• Comfortable using digital tools and virtual meeting platforms
• Driven to grow a client base and deliver exceptional service
