My client, a well-established and respected financial planning firm based in Greater London, is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their team in a farmer-style role. This is a unique opportunity for a client-focused individual who excels at nurturing and managing long-term relationships with existing clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing, tailored financial advice across a wide range of products, including investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning. You will build upon your existing client base, ensuring their financial goals are met and consistently delivering value while deepening client relationships.

What we're looking for:

• Diploma-qualified (Level 4 minimum) with strong knowledge of financial planning regulations and compliance
• At least 12 months of experience in a financial adviser role with a focus on maintaining and growing existing relationships
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-first approach
• Proven track record of providing ongoing financial advice and nurturing long-term client portfolios
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex financial matters to clients
