Job Title: Independent Financial Advisor (Book-Bearing or Self-Funding)

Location: Hybrid - Has to pop into the office a couple of times a month
Salary: Up to £75,000 (flexible for the right individual)

Role Summary:
We're looking for establishedadvisors with an existingclientbook or strong self-funding ability to join a non-corporate, advisor-led wealth management firm. This is a genuinely flexible role, most of the team works remotely, with occasional visits to the HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own client portfolio: maintain autonomy while being supported by a close-knit leadership team
• Offer high-quality advice on retirement planning, equity release, and IHT: deepen relationships and build long-term client trust
• Contribute to business growth: leverage your network or book to drive new fee-based income
• Collaborate with other advisors: share insights, referrals, and keep the humour alive

Requirements:

• Minimum of Level 4qualified (LIBF or equivalent) - higher qualifications welcomed
• Proven ability to bring or build a book!
• Strong expertise in retirement, equity release, and IHT planning
• Comfortable working autonomously with remote team support
• Personable, down-to-earth, and good-humoured - culture is key here
