We’re working with a well-established, client-centric financial advisory firm in Swansea that’s looking to expand its team. With over £50M in active AUM and a further £15M in legacy clients, there’s a strong pipeline of business ready to be serviced. The Role

Reporting directly to the director, you’ll be stepping into a role designed to share an existing workload, not build from scratch. You’ll work with a loyal client base, many of whom have been with the firm for decades, and you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary while benefiting from the support of a respected network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic financial advice to a wide range of clients
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
• Identify opportunities within legacy AUM
• Stay up to date with industry changes and maintain CPD

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Financial Adviser (Level 4 Diploma minimum)
• OR an experienced senior paraplanner ready to transition into advising (training and funding provided)
• Strong pensions knowledge and experience with legacy clients
• Self-sufficient, and confident in managing client relationships
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, client-first environment
