Dynamite Recruitment are supporting an Independent Financial Planning frim on the recruit for a Holistic Financial Advisor to join their team! Helping clients achieve their goals through personalised strategies. Who focus on building strong, long-term relationships based on meaningful, goal-oriented conversations.

Role Overview
Seeking an experienced IFA to work closely with the Managing Director, delivering tailored financial advice and supporting business growth. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in clients’ financial futures. We can offer company share scheme too.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships through personalized advice and regular communication.
• Holistic Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive plans covering retirement, investments, tax, and estate planning.
• Collaboration: Work with the Managing Director on strategy development and business growth.
• Tailored Advice: Provide advice based on clients’ individual goals, not just products.
• Teamwork: Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment within the team.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IFA, ideally with expertise/passion in holistic financial planning.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Experience in retirement planning, investments, tax, and estate planning.
• Hold relevant industry qualifications (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).
