Salary: £26,064 per annum
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Female Independent Living Support Workers to support individuals living in a supported living service consisting of 10 self-contained bungalows.

You will provide person-centred care, promote independence and help individuals enjoy fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.

* Support medication, meal preparation and moving and handling.

* Help with appointments, shopping and activities.

* Encourage independence, choice and wellbeing.

* Follow individual care and support plans.

Requirements

* Caring, patient and reliable attitude.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Willingness to learn and develop.

* Flexibility to work day shifts and waking nights on a rota.

* Ability to travel to Forest Hall.
