Independent Reviewing Officer- Up to £58,869- Hybrid

NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted local authority in the Berkshire area who are looking for an experienced Independent Reviewing Officer(IRO) to join their service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the responsibilities they will hold & be keen to join their close knit & supportive team.

Some responsibilities of the role include;

• Organising & chairing Child Protection meetings.
• Monitoring the progress of Child Protection Plans.
• Ensuring quality of practice, in conference and in-between conferences.
• Conduct regular reviews of children in the care of the Local Authority.

Requirements:

• A degree in Social Work & registered with Social Work England.
• An up to date DBS check.
• Experience as an IRO/CP Chair.
• Full drivers license.
