Key Responsibilities for the DT Teacher:

• Deliver engaging Design Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4, covering a range of practical and theoretical topics.


• Work collaboratively with other DT Teachers to improve lesson planning and delivery.


• Foster a positive and creative learning environment where students can develop their design skills.


• Assess students’ progress and provide timely feedback.

DT Teacher Qualifications & Experience:

• QTS and a degree in Design Technology or a related field.


• Experience teaching Design Technology at secondary level.


• Passion for practical design and the ability to inspire students.
