Indirect Buyer – Doncaster/Hybrid - £45,000 + Car

Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a hugely successful manufacturer in Doncaster who are seeking a skilled Indirect Buyer to join their team. As the Indirect Buyer, you will take ownership of your categories, contributing to the overall procurement strategy in terms of cost savings and risk reduction.

Indirect Buyer Duties:

• Driving improvements in supplier relationship management to enhance long-term collaboration and performance
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of procurement data within company systems
• Negotiating, managing, and recording service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure supplier accountability
• Leading and coordinating tender processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Supporting the rollout and adoption of new procurement software and digital tools
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and adding value across indirect spend categories
• Monitoring supplier performance against contractual obligations and service standards

Hours: Full time Monday – Friday

Required skills & experience:

• Proven experience in supplier-facing roles, fostering effective partnerships and communication
• Demonstrated ability to deliver substantial cost savings through strategic contract management and negotiation
• Skilled in applying procurement sourcing methods and innovative solutions
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on value generation and risk mitigation
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices
