Indirect Procurement Lead

DarcyBrook Procurement & Supply are looking to recruit an experienced indirect Procurement Lead for a globally renowned brand based in central London. The successful applicant will drive the entire procurement life-cycle from start to finish, guiding business stakeholders from the initial discovery of needs through to tendering, supplier negotiations, and final contract execution. Beyond sourcing, you will champion relationship management for essential indirect suppliers, ensuring they deliver peak value and operational efficiency in strict accordance with their KPIs and SLAs. Crucially, you will leverage your strategic vision to design and execute a unified, cross-category procurement plan for all indirect spend.

The Role :

Life-cycle Management: Direct all phases of the procurement cycle, actively coaching stakeholders through opportunity analysis, competitive bidding (RFX), negotiations, and contract finalisation.

Strategic Vendor Relations: Oversee the ongoing management of business-critical indirect suppliers to drive performance improvements and operational excellence in alignment with agreed metrics.

Category Direction: Architect and spearhead a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy that effectively spans multiple business categories.

The Candidate: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

CIPS or MCIPS qualified.

Indirect Procurement experience ideally with some experience of sourcing either IT/Telecoms, FM, Professional Services or Hospitality services
