Indirect Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Indirect Procurement Specialist to support a small procurement function in managing the end to end procurement process for a range of low to medium risk indirect spend, including Professional Services and IT. In this role, you will liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement of indirect services while maintaining compliance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support procurement process activity, including sourcing and supplier management
• Support the Procurement Leads by managing third party due diligence and supporting in critical and important RFI's and RFP's.
• Contribute to the delivery of cost reductions, efficiencies and value opportunities
• Conduct data analysis and provide reporting to drive cost efficiencies and insights
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil procurement needs

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience of working within a procurement function managing indirect spend activity
• Highly computer literate, including strong Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
• Knowledge and experience of procurement best practices
