Based in their modern Southampton office, you'll work with a diverse portfolio of international clients, supporting them with VAT compliance, advisory services, and cross-border e-commerce consultancy. This is a client-facing role where your insight and communication skills will be just as important as your technical knowledge.

• Delivering high-quality VAT consultancy and business advice to a global client base.
• Preparing and filing European VAT returns with precision and timeliness.
• Advising clients on VAT liabilities, payments, and compliance obligations.
• Managing EC Sales, Intrastat reporting, and liaising with tax authorities.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and guiding them through complex VAT matters.

• Experience in Law, VAT, Accountancy, or Finance.
• Strong communication skills-confident in email, phone, and occasional face-to-face interactions.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage deadlines.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Exposure to international e-commerce is a plus, but not essential.
