Indirect Tax - Senior Associate or Assistant Manager

As part of this growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an Indirect Tax professional to join their collaborative and high-performing team in either Birmingham or Manchester.

The Opportunity:
Working within the firm's Indirect Tax group, you'll be exposed to a wide variety of exciting and technically challenging work. The team regularly advises on M&A tax structuring, due diligence, complex restructures and transactional projects across sectors such as real estate, consumer business, and not-for-profits.

You'll be surrounded by people who are generous with their time, great at what they do, and committed to building something ambitious together. This isn't a rigid environment - the leadership team actively welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds in both practice and industry.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in an indirect tax role

• Confidence with VAT compliance and advisory projects

• Strong communication and project management skills

• A passion for developing junior team members and new graduates

• CTA and/or ACA qualification (preferred but not essential)

• A collaborative mindset and hunger to progress
