Hours of work: Individual Needs Assistant, 16.25 hours and Midday Supervisory Assistant, 5 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only, working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service.
As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.
Fixed term for: 4 months

Five Ashes School currently has an Individual Needs Assistant vacancy based on a fixed term (September – December 2026), due to funding allocation.  We are keen to hear from candidates who possess the following qualities: 

• Patient, calm and truly listen to and value children’s views. 
• Kind and Caring and have a desire to support pupils. 
• Demonstrate versatility and flexibility. 
• Are able to maintain confidentiality. 
• Are able to communicate effectively with children and colleagues. 
• Preferably have experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
