£46,500 + Car allowance of £4,500/£6,000 | Home & Field Based | Full Time

Huntress Recruitment is working with a well-established organisation to recruit an Industrial & Commercial Account Manager/Project Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing projects and finding practical solutions. While there is a commercial and business development element, this is not a traditional sales role - the focus is much more on managing customer relationships, coordinating projects and taking ownership from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

The role is predominantly home based, with regular travel to customer sites and meetings, giving you plenty of autonomy while still working closely with colleagues across the wider business.

What will you be doing?

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
Building strong relationships with commercial customers.
Meeting customers on site to understand their requirements and discuss potential solutions.
Coordinating internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Managing timescales, actions, documentation and customer expectations.
Providing customers with regular updates and making sure any issues are dealt with quickly.
Working with technical and operational teams to develop practical solutions.
Managing several projects at different stages and prioritising your workload effectively.
Maintaining accurate project and customer information within the CRM.
Contributing to wider commercial and business development objectives.What kind of person are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people but is equally comfortable getting into the detail and making sure things actually get delivered.

You'll ideally have:

Experience managing projects, customer accounts or commercial opportunities.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
The confidence to deal with customers and stakeholders at different levels.
A commercial mindset and the ability to spot opportunities.
Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach.
The ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
Good attention to detail and follow-through.
