Douglas Scott are currently working with a long-established high street law firm in Blackburn who are seeking an experienced Industrial Disease Litigation Executive to join their busy team.

As an Industrial Disease Litigation Executive, you would be responsible for a caseload of mixed Industrial Disease matters to include NIHL, HAVS and Asbestos matters. The ideal candidate must have previous experience of managing a caseload of at least one type of Industrial Disease claim.
