My client, a national firm undergoing significant expansion across several jurisdictions—including Glasgow—is looking to recruit an insurance solicitor to join their growing team. The role involves managing and developing a high-quality caseload focused ondefending industrial disease claims.

This work includes both pre-litigated and litigated matters, typically involving claims such as noise-induced hearing loss (NIHL), hand-arm vibration syndrome (HAVS), asbestos-related conditions, and occupational asthma. You’ll be advising insurer clients on liability, causation, and quantum, preparing for court proceedings, and working with medical and engineering experts.
