Industrial Door Engineer

Our client, a well-established company within the industrial door and loading bay industry, based in the Gloucestershire/Worcestershire area, has an exciting new opportunity for an Industrial Door Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis due to continued business growth.

The successful Industrial Door Engineer should have:

Proven experience installing Rapid Roll doors.
Strong electrical installation and fault-finding skills.
Experience servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial door systems.
The ability to work independently and lead site installations.
A full UK driving licence.
In this role, the Industrial Door Engineer will be responsible for:

Installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing industrial doors and loading bay equipment.
Commissioning industrial door systems and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
Leading site installations and ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM), site surveys, audits, and service documentation.
Identifying additional work opportunities while providing excellent customer service and technical support.
Our client is offering the successful Industrial Door Engineer a salary in the region of £17.00-£18.00+ per hour based on 40 hours a week, depending on experience, plus benefits including a company vehicle, ongoing training and development, company tools, and holiday entitlement. Overtime is also available and paid at a higher rate.
