Industrial Electrician

On behalf of a very well-established client in Stoke on Trent, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician on a temporary basis.

The company manufacture high technology equipment for a variety of industries and are looking for a candidate who is competent to carry out remedial electrical work on fixed electrical installations.

Duties

* Carry out EICR remedial works, including C2, C3 and FI observations

* Replace and upgrade distribution boards

* Carry out industrial fault-finding, repairs, inspection and testing

* Test, commission and certify completed work in accordance with BS 7671

* Support ongoing electrical maintenance and breakdowns across the site

Ideally, you will hold the 18th Edition qualification and an inspection and testing qualification, such as City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent.

Initially on a short term temporary basis, the role could continue due to increase in work load.
