Industrial Engineer & Maintenance Manager

Location: Lancaster | Salary: Â£47,000 | Hours: Mon–Thurs 8:30–5:00, Fri 8:30–3:45

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer & Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities. This is a hands -on role combining maintenance management, process optimisation, and project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage maintenance operations, budgets, and preventive maintenance programmes.
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Oversee capital projects (£500k+) from planning to commissioning.
  
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high operational standards.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in maintenance management and/or industrial engineering in manufacturing.
  
• Experience with CMMS, project management, and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma desirable).
  
• Engineering qualification (HND minimum; bachelor’s preferred).
  
• Strong leadership, problem -solving, and communication skills.
