Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys winning new business, building strong client relationships and managing the full recruitment process?

We’re looking for a 360 Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Wallington. This is a great opportunity for a driven recruiter who wants to take ownership of a desk, develop new business and build lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the industrial sector.

The Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across sectors including warehousing, logistics, manufacturing and production.

You’ll be responsible for developing new business while delivering a reliable, responsive recruitment service to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop new business and identify opportunities to grow your desk

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

* Attend client meetings and site visits

* Advertise vacancies and proactively source suitable candidates

* Recruit through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and our internal database

* Interview, assess and match candidates to client requirements

* Manage temporary staffing requirements and candidate availability

* Negotiate rates and successfully close placements

* Maintain accurate candidate and client information on the CRM

* Work towards agreed KPIs, revenue and growth targets

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially driven, confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Ideally, you’ll have:

* Previous experience within a 360 recruitment role

* Industrial recruitment experience, although experience within another high-volume recruitment sector will be considered

* A proven ability to generate new business and develop client accounts

* Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills

* A proactive, resilient and results-focused approach

* Excellent organisation and time-management skills

* A full UK driving licence for client meetings and site visits
