About Us:
Kingdom People is a successful and fast-growing recruitment agency operating across 206 sites in the UK. Due to continued expansion and the development of our services in the South region, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our team based in Bognor Regis and Selsey.
English and Bangladesh / Indian language preferable .
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established recruitment office, supporting the team in sourcing and coordinating a growing workforce from across the UK. You will work directly with candidates and onsite coordinators to help meet staffing needs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
? Attract, source, and recruit large numbers of candidates from across the UK
? Support the office and onsite coordination teams in recruitment processes
? Handle administrative tasks using MS Word and Excel (full training provided)
? Learn and apply new office-based skills in a fast-paced environment
? Support operational needs, including occasional travel (a clean driving licence is an advantage)
Key Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and either Bangladeshi or Indian languages (essential)
Willingness to work under pressure and multitask
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
Driving licence preferred (but not mandatory)
