Job Title: Industry Placement Officer (Animal Care)

Location: Northamptonshire

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: £24,378 – £26,601 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week (occasional evenings and weekends)
Are you passionate about supporting students in the animal care and veterinary sector? We’re currently recruiting for an Industry Placement Officer to support learners with T Level industry placements in Animal Welfare and Veterinary Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage high-quality T Level placements for students.
• Conduct employer visits and health & safety checks.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure placement compliance.
• Work with employers to coordinate talks, interview skills sessions, and virtual placements.
• Collaborate closely with curriculum teams and the careers department.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with employers and/or in a placement coordination role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Understanding of safeguarding and a commitment to student welfare.
