Influencer & PR Manager

I'm looking for an Influencer & PR Manager to join a high-performing marketing team, where you’ll take ownership of talent strategy, campaign planning, and influencer activations that deliver top-tier brand visibility and drive results.

What You’ll Do:
? Lead the development and execution of paid and organic influencer strategies across TikTok, Instagram and other channels
? Own campaign budgets and reporting, with full oversight of paid and gifted
? Manage and grow relationships with talent, talent managers and press on a global scale
? Identify and approve talent that aligns with brand TOV and commercial goals
? Sign off all influencer content
? Lead a talented team across planning, execution, and content delivery
? Oversee seasonal events and gifting, acting as a team leader in campaign execution
? Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated PR and partnership campaigns

What You’ll Need:
? Proven experience working with influencers and talent within the luxury fashion, beauty, or retail space is essential
? Strong knowledge of influencer marketing across UK, US, and international markets
? Experience in owning budgets, negotiating deliverables, and reporting on ROI
? Confident managing partnerships across different tiers (macro to micro)
? Excellent relationship management skills with a commercial mindset
? A background in team leadership, events, and end-to-end campaign delivery
