Are you a social media superstar with your finger on the pulse of the right channels and the right way to speak to the right consumers?We are seeking a proactive, creative and all-round influencer whizz from a digital savvy background to help deliver our influencer and PR campaigns across Boots UK.The ideal candidate is a strong team player who radiates positivity, creativity and flair. We are looking for someone proactive who knows the PR and influencer landscape and can really make content magic that cuts through the newsfeed.This position will sit within our PR team, and will work with that team to deliver a fully integrated PR and influencer output for the client. We have a structured gifting programme that you will manage – cultivating relationships with a group of influencers that have signed up to be our partners. The output is both planned and reactive. We’re always looking for news driven opportunities to ensure influencer content that hits trends as they’re emerging.RESPONSIBILITIESManagement of earned influencer activity – with ad hoc paid for campaignsInfluencer programme day to day, from crafting content to drawing up contracts and managing the briefing process (with strategic support from senior colleagues where required)content ideas as well as writing and curating creative briefs that tap into trends while staying on brandcontracts using brand templates and aiding client legal team with amends to agreements where neededconfident in your ability to present to both key influencers and clientsin close partnership with the PR leads to deliver integrated campaignsinfluencer target lists for campaigns across earned, making recommendations based off a set budget and in line with wider PR strategiesnew, creative approaches to elevate influencer activity& executing influencer giftings and/or affiliate campaignson top of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers and sharing proactive ideas with both the internal and external teamswhere necessary, managing day to day financial and admin tasks including invoicing and ensuring that influencers are set up on the system and paid in a timely mannerYOU3 years of relevant experienceTrack record of executing impactful PR and influencer campaignsCreative thinker with a proactive flairProblem solverKnowledge of social media marketing industryVerbal and written communication skillsOrganised with impeccable time management skillsVery strong ability to constantly juggle priorities in a fast-paced and often changing environmentProject management skillsInterpersonal and relationship building skillsHave experience in influencer tools including the likes of CreatorIQin all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Seek out and identify up-and-coming global trendsCommunication and project management skillsWork under pressure effectively and efficientlyWhat's in it for you?
