A growing London based fashion brand looking for an experienced Influencer Channel Manager to work on campaign strategy, execution and reporting for the creator marketing channel.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Saint + Sofia’s Influencer Manager, you will own and execute our strategy for content creators and influencers globally. Using your strong interpersonal skills, you will develop relationships, negotiate with and creatively inspire influencers via well executed campaigns and events. Using your strong analytical skills you will measure performance of campaigns and creators in order to adapt and scale campaigns.
You will lead influencer activities related to our campaigns, such as photoshoots, video productions, online content creation and events. You will measure and report on performance weekly against a set of KPIs.
You will contribute to the influencer strategy recommending objectives, targets, action plan, calendar and budget. You will be responsible for accurate measurement and attribution of the influencer marketing channel to enable further investment and growth of the channel.
TYPICAL DUTIES
Daily outreach to creators
Gifting of influencers for ongoing flow promotions
Campaign planning and execution on weekly basis
Daily tracking and measurement reporting on revenue from the influencer channel
Suggestions for growth and expansion of activity of the channel based on metrics and performance.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years experience in an online or mail order fashion retailer or a client facing agency with specific focus on influencer marketing, measurement and channel growth and optimisation
Strong track record in identifying and managing influencers and creating strategic influencer programs and marketing campaigns as well as managing long term profitable relationships for both sides
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and campaign ROAS requirements
Ability to demonstrate measurement and tracking performance based on set of KPIs
Exceptional attention to detail
High level of accuracy, strong organisational and presentation skills
Experience using Google Analytics, Google Docs, UTM link tracking
Strong knowledge of the Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Linkedin
