GRC Manager- Leeds- Newcastle- Competitive Salary- Remote

Position: GRC Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Quarterly travel to Newcastle/Leeds with expenses covered)

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion the "Secure by Design" initiative for a new public sector project.
• Lead the revamp of risk management practices across the organization.
• Drive risk-informed decision-making, especially following a recent system launch that faced challenges.
• Implement tooling and systems to enhance team efficiency and maturity.
• Act as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance).
• Strong leadership and line management experience.
• Proven ability to work on recovery projects and improve operational resilience.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
