Information Manager

Kenna Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Information Manager to join a well-established construction business, working on a major project in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Information Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in managing project information and supporting the wider team, with a particular focus on reporting and stakeholder engagement.

The successful candidate will have strong experience using Asite, which is essential for this position, and will be confident working with a range of stakeholders across the project.

The role will involve:

* Managing and maintaining project information through Asite

* Producing and managing regular reports for the project team

* Attending and contributing to stakeholder meetings

* Working closely with internal and external teams to ensure information is managed effectively

* Monitoring information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

* Supporting and improving information management processes

* Acting as a key point of contact for information management across the project

What we're looking for:

* Previous experience as an Information Manager

* Strong Asite experience is essential

* Confident producing reports and presenting information clearly

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

* Comfortable attending meetings and working with a range of project stakeholders

* A proactive and organised approach to Information Management
