Information Manager

Please Note\: This role will require the successful candidate to pass SC clearance. 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Setting up and administer Aconex projects and modules (Documents and Contracts).
• Configuring workflows and user permissions within Aconex.
• Managing project onboarding and system setup activities.
• Delivering training and ongoing support to project teams and contracted parties.
• Conducting quality assurance reviews of project documentation.
• Producing reporting and monitor compliance with programme procedures.
• Maintaining information governance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing SharePoint structures, permissions, and information management controls
• Providing troubleshooting and continuous support for project teams and contractors.

You’ll need to have:

• Technical qualifications and certifications (or equivalent) such as APM IM, Assoc of Information Managers. 
• Subject expert experience in key IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint, Business Collaborator etc.
• ISO 19650 certification.
