Job Description

SALARY: £25,000 to £28,000 + commission

 

Account Manager is needed to join our team at MSoft eSolutions Ltd based in Bromborough on a full-time basis. This role offers great earning potential with an OTE of £35,000.

 

We are a leading healthcare software company with international and national customers. Our main software products manage the transport and transfusion of Blood Products and the collection of Blood Samples at the Bedside.

 

Your primary responsibility will be transferring the current NHS and Private Healthcare customer base to the new Cloud infrastructure and encouraging more customers to adopt Bedside Apps.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and creating excellent working relationships with established key accounts throughout the UK whilst looking to secure new leads and opportunities through these contacts.

 

We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission cheques. You will generate a minimum of 5 presentation leads per week and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and be able to gain an understanding of the big-picture issues a client is facing and continue to track their needs over time with a goal to find solutions that incorporate the company’s products and services into them.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· We expect excellent customer care and problem-solving skills

· Excellent diary management, planning and organisational skills

· Competent use of Microsoft Office & Email applications

· Keep the company CRM (Monday.com) updated daily with forecasts and funnel data

· Develop a close working relationship with our suppliers and source more if required

· Aid the team in preparing Tender responses when required

· Prepare presentations for new modules and products to present to the client base

· Work within the company ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and understand how to fit in within the requirements of the standard

· Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerised directory

· Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales and collection of information strategy

· Researching businesses, individuals, and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better

· Follow up with phone / website / chat boxes enquiries and respond to those

· Generate a minimum 5 presentation leads per week and set up initial contact for our senior pre-sale people

· Manage the sale process to close

· Coordinate resolution of client service requests or inquiries, as requested.

· Develop as necessary, coordinate, and assist in sending important compliance announcements/updates to clients as needed

· Performs other business tasks or functions as assigned.

 

 

Required Experience:

· Account Management exposure and experience, ideally in the Healthcare or medical sector

· Understanding of the NHS Improvement Programme and move to Cloud

· Strong IT skills (including MS Office, Salesforce and Atlassian product suite)

· Excellent organisation and communication skills

· Empathetic communicator who can adapt “style” to individual client needs

· Good analytical and decision‐making skills

· The ability to quickly learn technical terminology and processes, specifically those related to NHS

· Ability to quickly learn the various operating methods of all business sectors

· Financial knowledge covering capex justifications and operational benefits

· A natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance

· Mature, credible, and comfortable dealing with senior managers, including NHS Chief Execs, Financial Directors, etc.

· Working knowledge of NHS clinical processes, products, and end-use
