Job DescriptionIntaPeople are currently working with a large technology provider who require an experienced IT Manager to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Manager who has experience working within Cloud services, Cyber Security and IT Change management. Leading the day to day operations of the site, you’ll have 4-5 direct reports within the small but experienced IT team.You’ll be responsible for leading and managing the IT support team who offer support to hundreds of end users whilst also conducting 1 to 1s , development plans and performance management.Essential SkillsProven experience as an IT Manager (hands on and people management)Stakeholder managementStrong trouble shooting skillsExperience with cloud services such as AzureWorking to strict SLA’s and ensuring customer satisfaction is top priorityNetworking concept experienceInfrastructure environment (Win10 etc)Reporting to the Head of Technical Services, you’ll work closer with other technical leads within the management team to support the growth and functionality of the business.Working with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee ticketing ques and ensuring KPI targets are met within the team.Role OverviewIT ManagerOnsite in CardiffWorking hours 37.5 hours split between shifts 8:00 – 19:00 (1 later shift per week)Salary offering between £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experienceStrong benefits packageFor more information, please call Nathan Handley on 02920 252 500 or click APPLY now to be considered.Please note, candidate need to be able to travel to customer site on a daily basis in Cardiff and remote working isn’t available for this position.
