Our established, fast-growing, global fintech SaaS partner is looking for an IT Manager to join their team. You will be joining an established multi-disciplinary Infrastructure team and will define the IT standards for a growing company. You will join the Cardiff team, working in a hybrid fashion: either from home, from their attractive offices in Cardiff, or a blend of the two. Salary up to

About the Role:
As an IT Manager, you will own and manage the IT environment for a growing software company. You will:
Manage and configure their Microsoft 365 tenant. Lead best practice use of their Software tools. Manage and support the teams’ software and hardware requirements, including a fleet of Macbooks. Create self-service documentation. Procure, and maintain standard specifications of a range of software and IT equipment for remote and office locations. Implement of a range software solutions. Project plan and implement improvements e.g. security, automation, best practice etc. Run security audit processes with provided tooling.
About You:
Experience managing Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Intune. Experience with Apple business manager and managing Macbooks in a corporate environment Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions. Strong communicator who can translate the needs of technical and non-technical teams. Ability to understand the needs of our teams’ evolving requirements. Proven proficiency in supporting IT infrastructure. Passion for solving hardware and software problems. Openness to taking on new challenges and the flexibility to adapt to them.
It would be beneficial if you have…
Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert or similar certificates. Experience working in a compliance environment (SOC2 / ISO27001 / PCI DSS etc). Wide domain knowledge. Knowledge of automation and scripting languages.
