IT Service Assurance Lead
Salary 65k, plus Car Allowance
Hybrid working, ideally 2 days from the office.

This is an important new role to ensure important IT services for specific business areas are aligned to key business functions and departments. You will manage and maintain key business relationships across 3rd party suppliers and the business to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end services.

This will include ensuring support and escalations are handled effectively (and in line with SLAs) to meet the changing requirements of the business and the external environment.

Experience and knowledge:
Supplier Management : Experience of managing IT Services / 3rd party suppliers in a multi-sourced environment
Brilliant customer service experience
Strong interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder relationship skills - with the ability to translate complex IT issues into business related vocabulary.
Experience of working within an ITIL (ideally Certification at Foundation Level) disciplined environment
