The Person You will have at least one year of experience providing 1st Line IT Support in a professional service environment You will have gained good exposure to Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. You will be an excellent communicator who is able to deal with internal stakeholders at a senior level. You will be an individual who provides excellent customer service and can demonstrate this.
