Job DescriptionLocation: Birmingham & OxfordHybrid: 50% office based, 50% work from homeSalary: up to £50k + comprehensive benefits packageIT Support Manager with an excellent background providing customer facing support required by a leading Law Firm. The role will follow the firms hybrid policy with up to 50% WFH, and a basic salary of up to £50k per annum. You will be required to spend time across both Birmingham and Oxford offices. Experience required:Management or team leadership experienceStrong technical skills (Microsoft 365, Intune (MDM)Experience with modern workplace technologies such as AV and room booking systemsOutstanding customer service and communication skillsExperience in providing 1st-2nd line technical supportExperience working within a Law Firm or with legal specific technology will be highly advantageousRole responsibilities: Managing a team of 2 Support AnalystsResponsible for providing IT Support to midlands offices/staff and co-ordinating with offices in other regionsWhere necessary be involved in recruitment of new team membersOverseeing training and development of your teamProvide hands on 1st and 2nd line support where requiredAn excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Team Lead or IT Support Manager to join a leading UK Law Firm in Birmingham/Oxford.
