Ranked in the top 25 best service companies to work for in the UK, we now have an opportunity for an IT Technician working within our IT team.

Key aspects of the role
· Timely procurement and set-up of IT provision for new starters
· Troubleshooting, simple repair and escalation of IT issues, ensuring continuity for our team
· Ensuring that our IT systems are secure, backed up and available at all times
· Ensuring that our IT estate supports relevant accreditations.
· Liaising with external IT partners
· Serving as the first point of contact for IT support across the organisation, escalating as appropriate to our external partners
· Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
· Working with relevant departments to configure core applications and associated reporting and dashboards
· Ensuring that new members of the Harmony team receive a great experience as we provision their IT and telephony
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and then making relevant repairs
· Ensuring the security of our platforms by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software
· Supporting the audit process for Cyber Essentials and other relevant accreditations
· Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
· Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
· Working with our regional and international offices, including an element of travel
· Managing key in-building systems, and general facilities management
Key requirements
· A Minimum of 2 years of IT generalist experience
· In depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 admin centre and Intune device management
· Unifi network administration knowledge
· Experience with salesforce & SimPRO would be beneficial.
