Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Lead and grow the Structured Finance Solutions platform specialising in energy and project finance, with end-to-end responsibility for origination, structuring, and execution.
• Drive sustainable P&L growth through revenue delivery and diversification across products and asset classes.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, sponsors, and internal stakeholders across EMEA.
• Represent the firm externally, leading negotiations, transaction execution, and business development initiatives.
• Play a central role in product development, with emphasis on junior and mezzanine debt transactions.
